The Chain of Custody team is seeking stakeholder feedback on a draft interpretation of Annex C of FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1. The draft interpretation is regarding the specific example of a noticeboard (with an FSC-certified wooden frame and backboard) being sold together with pushpins with non-FSC-certified wooden heads and decorative non-FSC-certified notice paper, and whether these components need to be certified.
