FSC has published two new CoC Interpretations (INT-STD-40-004_78 on page 37, and INT-STD-40-004_79 on page 52), which are now available on the FSC Connect Document Centre.
INT-STD-40-004_78: This interpretation is about the application of Clause 4.4 of FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1, and whether it is acceptable to use different units of measurement commonly used by the organization when applying this clause, which relates to the preparation of the annual volume summary.
INT-STD-40-004_79: This interpretation relates to Annex C of FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1 ‘Examples of which components of a product need to be certified’, and considers the specific example of a noticeboard with an FSC-certified wooden frame and backboard sold together with non-FSC certified wooden pushpins and decorative notice paper.
