We have updated the Enquiry Procedure (P&P-PRO-10-201, V2-4) in the Document Centre on 22 September 2026.
The procedure covers enquiries managed by the Policy and Performance Unit.
This is a limited administrative update to align the P&P acronym (previously PSU), throughout the Enquiry Procedure, to update Annex 3: Designated P&P email addresses and added the Annex 4 with the e-mail addresses of other FSC Units according to the current distribution of topics and contact points. As a result of the acronym change, the Interpretation Request and Derogation Request templates have also been updated to reflect the revised terminology.
The update does not change the enquiry process or introduce any new requirements. A full Enquiry Procedure review and revision is planned at a later stage.
