The first draft of the procedure was developed in collaboration with a technical working group and went through public consultation from late October 2021 to early January 2022.
Subsequently, the feedback from the first consultation was incorporated and the second draft was consulted between May and June 2022.
This Synopsis Report is based on the feedback received during the second round of public consultation and has been prepared in accordance with the current version of the procedure, FSC-PRO-01-001 V4-0.
Procedure is approved by Board of Directors and published.

The second consultation is open for stakeholder feedback.
The consultation is open from 22 October 2021 until 7 January 2022.
This revision is to produce a more efficient and effective procedure, which streamlines the FSC normative framework and in turn contributes to strengthening the FSC system.

FSC has organized this meeting to present an overview of the main changes proposed in the first revised draft procedure and to explain how they connect to input provided by the Trialogue CB Steering Group.
The implementation of the AAF is separately discussed as part of the same meeting.
CBs are cordially invited to provide feedback on the main changes prior to the start of the public consultation.

The white paper will be shared as a background document in the first public consultation of the draft version of the revised FSC-PRO-01-001.
