This guideline is intended for use by Standard Development Groups in developing, revising and transferring National Forest Stewardship Standards, and by Certification Bodies in developing Interim National Standards (former 'CB standards'). stablished in the EU Regulation on Deforestation-free Products (EUDR 2023/1115). The guidance shows how the indicators of the revised Risk Assessment Framework cover requirements specified under indicators of the previous version and the alignment with EUDR.
This Guidance is written to support Standard Development Groups (SDGs) in the development of National High Conservation Value (HCV) Frameworks and aims to clarify the specific requirements for the identification, management planning, operations, monitoring and restoration of HCVs in FSC certified forests
This FSC guidance on the implementation of FPIC aims to assist all parties involved in FSC certification in safeguarding the rights of forest dependent indigenous peoples and local communities in or near FSC certified operations.
The Template for National High Conservation Value Frameworks is to provide direction and structure for Standard Development Groups (SDGs) to develop National HCV Frameworks.
This guide provides a generic framework for Integrated Pest, Disease and Weed Management (IPM) on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified estates, which may include indigenous forests and plantations.

Advice Note on Transaction Verification for FM/CoC Certificate Holders
Advice Note (ADV)
V(1-0)
FSC-STD-60-004 V2 International Generic Indicators (IGI) requires support to transaction verification and fibre testing. However, national standards based on the FSC Principles and Criteria V4 or the IGI V1-0 do not include these requirements. This advice note closes temporarily this regulatory gap until all national standards have been transferred to the FSC Principles and Criteria V5.
