Once submitted, your report will be immediately logged and assigned to the next available agent for resolution. Our team is ready to assist you and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

We offer technical support for issues related to access, platform functionality, data structure, and more. For non-technical inquiries—such as questions about FSC certification, EUDR compliance, or product coverage among others, we’ll ensure your request is forwarded to the appropriate team.

Support is provided in English. If needed, we use machine translation to assist with queries submitted in other languages. Please note that all replies will be delivered in English.
