The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) has issued ADVICE-20-005-01_V3-0, officially reinstating the Annual Administration Fee (AAF) for all types of FSC certifications in Ukraine starting 01 January 2025, following a waiver period from Q2/2022 to Q4/2024. The fee will return through a phased approach over three years (1/3 in 2025, 2/3 in 2026, full rate from 2027). Special provisions apply for certifications in conflict zones, including continued waivers for fully suspended certificates. Certification bodies must update relevant data in the FSC Certification Database by 01 January 2025.
