El TLA es un documento legal que determina la relación entre el FSC y la organización que detenta una certificación FSC. El TLA te otorga el derecho de usar las marcas registradas FSC, tanto para el etiquetado en el producto como para el uso promocional, siempre y cuando tu entidad de certificación te haya otorgado la autorización. El nuevo TLA FSC determina nuevas reglas que mejoran la capacidad del FSC de detectar y bloquear organizaciones que venden productos no certificados. Sus requisitos legales están establecidos en el llamado RGPD, la legislación europea que rige la protección de datos. Puedes firmar el nuevo TLA de manera electrónica en cualquier momento, en una diversidad de dispositivos.
Paso 1: Elije el idioma preferido
Agrega el código de licencia y el tipo de certificación; el idioma preferido
Paso 2: Confirma la razón social
Agrega la forma jurídica y el nombre de la organización, registro del IVA
Paso 3: Designa al Representante Legal

El Portal de Certificación FSC
El Portal de Certificación FSC lo utilizará el FSC para dar a conocer cualquier modificación a requisitos de certificación. De esta manera, el titular de certificado puede recibir las actualizaciones de requisitos de certificación tanto por parte de la entidad de certificación como del FSC directamente. Gracias a esta modernización, varios pasos administrativos que involucran a la entidad de certificación, dejarán de ser necesarios.

3 Steps to sign your FSC Trademark License Agreement
The TLA is a legal document which determines the relationship between FSC and the organization holding an FSC certification. It grants you the right to use the FSC trademarks for both on-product labelling and promotional use - provided prior approval was given by your certification body. The new FSC TLA determines new rules that improve FSC’s ability to uncover and block organizations selling non-certified products. Its legal requirements are set out in the so-called GDPR, the European legislation governing data protection. You can sign the new TLA electronically, at any time, on a wide variety of devices.
Choose preferred language
Add license code and certification type, preferred language
Confirm legal name
Add legal form and name of the organization, VAT number
Designate legal representative
Add legal representative or authorized person, contact details
The FSC Certification Portal
The FSC certification portal will be used by FSC to communicate about any revision of the certification requirements. This way the certificate holder can receive certification requirement updates from both their certification body and from FSC directly. Thanks to this modernization, several administrative steps involving the certification body, will not be necessary anymore.
