- Afterwards, open the Excel File, from where you will then see the following fields as pictured below.
- Kindly go through your products to ensure that they are all still valid and eligible for the sustainability programs that you are participating in.

- The following are the descriptions of the fields:
- Product Identification Type: Choose the correct type in the dropdown. Please note that starting February 2027, only GTINs (this includes UPCs, EANs, and JANs) will be accepted as an identification type.
- Product Identification Number: If the product identification type is not ASIN, enter numbers only. The product identification number must be between 1 and 14 digits. Please remove all spaces from every field.

- After you upload your products, you may see some of them highlighted in red. This simply means one of two things:
- The system needs you to upload a sample photo for that product, and/or
- There’s a small mistake or missing detail in the Excel file you uploaded.
- What to do:
- If a photo is needed, click the arrow button to upload it.
- If you already uploaded a photo but the product is still marked in red, click the pencil button to check if any information is missing or needs to be corrected.
- If you have many products, don’t worry as you won’t need to upload photos for all of them. The system will only request photos for a small sample.
- What should the photo samples of my labelled products look like?
- The image must show the actual product and/or the product in its packaging. Do not use packaging models or label artwork.
- The label should be clear and easy to read.
- Each product image must be different, and the sample photo must match the listed product. Do not upload the same image for multiple products.

Individual Upload
- If you do not have a lot of products, you can also review them directly in the portal.
- Click the pencil button to directly edit the fields needed for the products.
- As seen below, you can also directly upload the sample photo directly in this view.
